Lake Okahumpka Florida Park

Decided to take Seamus the dog for a walk today and Marlon took us to Lake Okalumpka Park in Wildwood, Florida.  This park has 130 acres to roam.  This park is pet-friendly and has a fenced in area for your pet to play off the leash.  On the walking paths that are paved the dogs must stay on their leash.  Seamus has a Go Pro that is attached to the top of a harness that records his surroundings.  So cool!!

The park paths are covered with trees and hanging Spanish moss.  What an amazing park to adventure in.

During our walk, Marlon spotted a bunch of bees making honey in a big hole in a tree.  My first thought was of Winnie the Pooh sticking his paw in the hole to get some honey.

Finally, we have reached the lake which I am anxious to see all the wildlife to photograph.
The first thing we spotted was some whistling ducks hanging out on a boardwalk overlooking the lake.
